Karen DeBoer is pleased with how the Crimson Tide football team is coming together at SEC Media Days
Alabama still looks like a powerhouse in Karen’s first year at Alabama
Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide football team come together to celebrate at SEC Media Days
Dallas, Texas (Dakota News Now) – College football season is fast approaching and so is Karen DeBoer’s first year at Alabama.
If you follow The Tide on social media, it’s clear that Karen’s recruiting efforts are going well for the Milbank native, who left DeBoer, a national runner-up at Washington, to replace Nick Saban, who won six NCAA titles at Alabama.
Fall camp is just around the corner and there is a lot of optimism in Tuscaloosa, as we heard at SEC Media Day in Dallas today.
Even Kalen likes the direction they are headed. Alabama’s soccer coach Karen Debore states: “We are doing a lot of work in advance, and our team knows that there was a wonderful spring. I think they also felt it.
We managed to retain almost the entire workforce. We lost two players to the portal, but overall between winter and spring we signed 14 players who I think not only add depth to our program, they come in and make a difference .
And they join a team of people who continue to develop and grow within our program.
We have some players returning who jumped into the portal right away, and Cullen is apparently bringing in some big names as well.
Most experts expect the Crimson Tide to remain at the top of college football despite the changes at the top. Copyright 2024 Dakota News Now. All ri
